Born in Great Bend, Kansas and raised in Carlsbad, Calif., Jill moved to the Vail Valley in 1992. She is a 27-year real estate industry veteran and current vice president for locally-owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties, celebrating its 50 th anniversary this year.

As vice president, Jill's focus is to run and manage the company's nine offices and 120+ broker associate team, including eight offices in Eagle County and an office in Summit County. This includes overseeing all the accounting, and technology, business, and broker development programs. She also handles the company's digital marketing, advertising, and internal/external communication programs. You name it, she does it.

Jill attributes her and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties' success to being nimble and responsive to market changes, staying on top of current trends and digital marketing programs, collaboration, local community involvement, and having great broker and administrative support teams.
